On Raven Wings by Jennifer Hudock

There’s nothing like a well told short story. With minimal pages and words, Jennifer Hudock manages to tell a nice little ghost tale. She establishes setting and characters with minimal fuss. On Raven Wings is a cool story about a ghost coming back to enlist some help for justice. It took me just a little over a few hours to read it, and it’s worth the read.

Strengths:

  • Well written. I could see everything she described in my head.
  • Characters are setup very quickly. No wasted words or descriptions.
  • Ghosts. We all love ghosts.

Weaknesses:

  • Just a few proofreading type things. Looks like maybe a missing word or two, and two periods mating together. 🙂  Did not detract from the story at all though.
